A service is any independently deployable unit you register in your manifest — a microservice, a Lambda function, a third-party API dependency, or a shared library with a versioned contract. Internal services you own and external APIs you call are both counted.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. If you exceed your service limit during a cycle, we email you before blocking any functionality.
No. All plans are unlimited-user. We price on service count, not headcount. Every engineer, SRE, and platform architect on your team gets full access on the same plan.
Yes. Annual billing is available on Pro and Team plans at a 20% discount versus monthly. Contact us to switch to annual.
